Sophia "Chopi" Acken

Chopi studied accounting at Fresno City College and Sacramento State University. She began her legal career in 1985 with an environmental firm where she worked for over 18 years. After 2 years away from law, she resumed her career as Office Manager for a firm specializing in personal injury, family law and probate before joining Nolen  Owens in 2006 as the Office Manager and Assistant to Rudy Nolen. When not at the law firm, she enjoys weight lifting, racquetball, running, and skiing.

Tim Frounfelkner

Tim graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a bachelor's degree in History and received his paralegal certificate from MTI in 2003. He has been working in civil litigation since 2003 and has experience in many practice areas including personal injury, construction defect, insurance defense, workers' compensation, environmental law and professional negligence. At Nolen  Owens he utilizes his paralegal skills in litigation, investigation and trial preparation. Outside the office Tim enjoys spending time with his family and friends, taking his dog to the park and going to sporting events.
